The place is in a great location and the access is very convenient. The beach is privately used for the surrounding resorts. Saves from driving to the main beach helping to avoid crowds and parking issues. Only slight dissapointment is on the long deck in front of 106c is there is no chairs or tables out on long deck in front of studio. As well if you like pillows especially to sit up in bed to watch TV then bring some of your own. Also it is mostly all free streaming TV that is available so be prepared to use your own streaming services to get all the tv you want to see. ##### Charles C.
