Great two bedroom suite. Nice sitting area with the grill by the waterfront and small marina. Across the street is beautiful St Pete beach. Reception crew is one of the best I ever met. Thanks Tyrel, Anna, Tanner and Ray. Super fun, friendly, professional and efficient.

The rooms were very nice, and well stocked. The staff was wonderful and Rosa our cleaning lady was amazing! The man sitting outside the resort for parking was great! The grounds were well maintained. Very nice to have music all day and bands on Sunday. The Board walk was nice and lots of eating and shopping options in walking distance. The beach is beautiful. A long walk to the water and no resort chairs. Quite expensive to rent every day. Now for the issues. The pools are in dire need of repair. The pools are peeling and at times dirty. I asked if they would clean the pool. They need to be cleaned better, and checked more frequently. Was there for a week and only seen the pool cleaner once and he didn't do a complete vaccum of the pool. A little shocked!!! Children in the Hot Tub and eating even though there is a clear sign that they are not allowed in the hot tub. Would be nice if they had a foot shower when you get off the beach so people don't use the pool to wash the sand off. Also, people used the pool that was not staying there which was quite upsetting. We did enjoy ourselves, but it would have been much better if the pools were updated, repaired, cleaned better and if adults could use the hot tub.

Our room is clean. The smell was a bit musty as other reviewers have said little bit of mildew in the shower but overall a really clean facility. The pools and hot tub are immaculate. Beach access is excellent and the locations really good
