Très moderne. Chambres très grandes.Personnel exceptionnel. Cet hôtel est situé au cœur de l’action du Pier alors si la chambre donne côté piscine très bruyant. Musique, feux d’artifices, marina avec les bateaux des Tours qui accostent à côté avec klaxonne, scène de spectacle, ect… si vous voulez un endroit paisible ce n’est pas le bon choix. Seul hic: resto sur place très bien mais ne servent pas de déjeuner. L’hôtel prête des serviettes de piscine pour la plage. Stationnement en face de l’hôtel 20$ par jours. C’est plus cher ailleurs ne cherchez pas.

I don't usually write a review but I feel this place needs to know. It's a quaint Cottage experience and has good beach access the rooms were clean but there was no service to the room I think paying 200 plus dollars a night depending on which room you select should come with daily cleaning service I don't feel as a customer that I should be carrying my towels to the door to be cleaned and carrying them back in to be put away. I don't like the fact that I was asked to do dishes. Especially considering I spent 200 plus dollars a night. When I'm on vacation I'm on vacation from cleaning and cooking and Dish doing and anything else that has the title of "work". The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and the beach access was great! But if you choose to stay here you will have to work.

I had a wonderful stay at CW-Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. All the rooms are gorgeous and massive suites. They have kitchen and full bathrooms with full washer and dryer. The hotel’s location is right near the beach with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property, which made the experience feel both comfortable and enjoyable. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant, and their hospitality made a lasting impression. I would gladly stay at CW-Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with outstanding service.
