"There wasn’t a room ready for us at check in so we had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be clean but they gave us a $50 room credit to make up for it. Staff were always nice and friendly, the room was clean and the kids loved the waterpark. The water slide was never open during our stay, and one of the elevators broke causing long elevators waits so that was a little disappointing. Outdoors there were lots of used wet hotel towels laying around and trash from other guests leaving the pool areas and not picking up after themselves. The bar and music were a great vibe all evening. Would definitely stay again for the waterpark and relaxing vibes."
