"We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Myrtle beach & Spa at Grande Dunes. The hotel offers great amenities, including clean and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Eric at the front desk. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. He made the check-in process smooth, answered all of our questions, and made us feel truly welcome. His kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Marriott and look forward to staying here again!"

"To whom it may concern, in our visit to your wonderful resort we noticed a couple of items missing from our toiletries and we would like to bring to your attention. We stayed in room 5050 (Thursday 2 through Sat 4). Whoever tidied up the room figured it was OK to take a pair of tweezers and a cuticle trimmer. This took place on the Saturday the 4th of July. We took most of our stuff to the car afterwards. We realize this could happen anywhere and are not expecting any sort of compensation, we just want you to be aware of the situation. We had a wonderful time, otherwise..."
