"Fire alarm went off 3 times in under 10 hours. Staff didn’t know why. My kids were terrified and my daughter now is having nightmares. Only one pool was open, slides were broken, water was dripping from the lights in the pool area, chairs were broken, the game room was a joke, most games didn’t work or payout tickets. Won’t be back and hope the place gets shut down. "

"Good breakfast, except coffee not the best. Nice room, they need to clean top of the headboard. Pool and hot tub were fine. Staff is very friendly. Would stay here again. "

"Clean room, nice hotel, good breakfast, nice pool an hot tub. Very noisy guests, both nights we stayed there. We were charged more for the room then our booking through Expedia was. Don't trust Expedia no more, never know how much you will pay on your check out, I'm very disappointed 😞"

"Property and room were very good. Room was clean, and mostly quiet. The refrigerator was making irritating noises, so I shut it off for the night. Nice little features included bath mat for tub, higher senior toilet, bathroom fan, comfortable bed, 2nd floor walkthrough to family restaurant. Excellent breakfast too!"

"Host was difficult to impossible to contact. Tried to add an additional day and couldn’t. Had to make a second reservation which caused us to get locked out of our room and unable to access our belongings. This wa supposed to be corrected and never was. Did not receive check in instructions until an hour before arrival which was well after check in time. "
