"Quaint B&B right in downtown Pottsville. Within walking distance to the Yeungling brewery and many bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. There were even chocolates on the dresser which was a nice touch. Breakfast was served in the tea room. You could order your own meal which was a nice change from other B&Bs I have stayed in. "While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step...
