"Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...

"Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything."

I informed the host and have no doubt that they took care of it after we left as requested. It's very quiet and in a safe area. Walking distance to everything. "This was all the space we needed for a quick stay, but maybe not the place to go if it’s a busy weekend with quick turnarounds expected. We asked when booking if we could check in an hour early, which was approved, and then again the week of stay, which was confirmed. However, shortly before we planned to check in we were informed by the host that he had not heard from his cleaners We then waited to hear back, but decided to check in at the normal time (4pm).
