« Booked a 2 queen room. Put us in a 1 king room without even saying anything to us. Staff was very very rude thinking some Hilton points would make up for it and kids having to sleep on the floor. Room was dirty when we got in there, bare wires on top of the closet, hanging fixtures in the room. Nobody ever at the front desk to assist. I stay at a lot of Hiltons and this was the worst by far. I understand growing pains for a new hotel but this was unacceptable. Don’t even try getting breakfast…....

« The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments »

« I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. The room was nice and clean but I was disappointed with the only amenity I tried to take advantage. The pool was posted...

« Breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean and replenished well. However the non carpeted floors in the breakfast area and our room bathroom were slightly sticky. They could benefit from occasional deep cleaning. »
