"Amazing! We booked a king room with a balcony but on arrival there had been a glitch in the Hotels.com booking system and this room was not available. The staff immediately gave us an upgrade with no extra cost. We ended up with a 2 room condo which was outstanding, and should have been more than twice the price of our original booking. I cannot praise the staff enough for the efforts they went to. Thanks to them we have Leavenworth on our special places list."

"Good breakfast and nice room. There was a previous occupant’s leftover sandwich in the fridge and the window with the street view was not clean. For $420 a night , I expect better. Otherwise, we enjoyed our 34th anniversary in Leavenworth."

"I've been staying there for a while. It was a little outdated but this trip the room was amazing and new! I love the location, 5 minutes walking to the river and shorter to walk to town. Any thoughts I had for something nicer are out the window. The rain shower head was awesome. Me and my daughter were each supposed to take quick showers so we could get into town but neither of us could do it, they might be getting a bigger water bill."

"We LOVED our 2-night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lodging was clean and simply laid out but peaceful and nestled in a beautiful setting. Kingfisher restaurant is amazing. We had the salad and papers (excellent), chicken and rockfish. All were good and reasonably priced. What’s amazing is that we didn’t even have to go into town."
