  • Thank you for visiting us. Instant booking is available for FAMILY GROUPS ONLY , other non family groups please submit a booking request.
    Our house has been in business since the spring of 2010 with five star ratings! We are a very secluded house tucked away in the hill country ON the West fork of the Frio River. During the 2022 summer drought, our river never went dry at property or surrounding area. Thankful for the fresh springs feeding our river, which keeps the river clean & flowing down to our property! We are North of Leakey in a private area with no neighbors, on approximately 5.5 acres. The Frio River gets its name for its cool and consistent flow and is a popular summertime destination for those wishing to enjoy the beauty of the Frio Canyon and Texas Hill Country or a peaceful, fall getaway with a campfire! You will feel like one with nature, yet you are only a short drive away from the growing town of Leakey, Garner State Park, Concan and Lost Maples. It's a great spot for a retreat or just a weekend. Come relax with your family and friends! Our house is about 200 yards from the river but you can drive down to our PRIVATE RIVER ENTRANCE and park there, to unload your things.
