Ft. Access to Clubhouse Pools! Parking! Luxury and spacious - what more could you ask for! This newly built lodge is custom built, furnished and located in the ideal location within the highly popular Powder House Pass subdivision. This lodge has over 4000 sq. ft with a huge outdoor deck and covered patio, large main level living room and lower level family room, kitchen, dining room, hot tub and more! This unique and spacious lodge will be the perfect gathering place for your group to enjoy the Beautiful Black Hills. Good life Lodge will wow you at the very first sight of it. Beautifully located within the trees on Dancing Sky Lane within Powder House Pass subdivision, it's fully paved to the property and has a U-shaped driveway making it easy for trailers to drive right through. As you enter the Great Room, which is very spacious with 2-levels of windows, is a vaulted area that includes the kitchen, dining and living room. There's a large kitchen island great for entertaining around as well. The beautiful modern fireplace has a 75" TV above with a large living area perfect for larger groups. The kitchen has been carefully furnished to provide everything you will need to be able to cook together and the pantry is stocked with additional cooking appliances. The main floor also features three bedroom suites. The walk-out lower level of the lodge is spacious and includes a family room with another 75" TV, well-stocked bar area with a second full sized fridge, laundry, and 3 additional bedroom suites. The oversized 2 stall garage is a perfect gathering/entertainment space as well and great for storing your ATVs and snowmobiles. The huge upper deck is accessed from the Great Room/dining room just off the kitchen. There's comfortable outdoor seating to take in the private view as well! On the lower patio there's a large covered hot tub perfect for relaxing after those long days exploring. The lower level patio also walks right into the lower-level bar area making it a great area to entertain. Good Life Lodge couldn't be in a more perfect location, being part of the popular Powder House Pass Development , yet in a private area that borders the beautiful forest. It's also just down the road from the snowmobile trail that runs through the subdivision. The lodge is only 15 minutes from Deadwood and there's taxi service to/from the property, and you will have high-speed internet, cellular service, and easy parking. This area is a favorite because of its beauty, its central location, and its easy access to ATV and Snowmobile Trails. Guests are also invited to use the beautiful Community Room, Clubhouse, and pools that's all within 1/2 mile of the property. There's an outdoor heated pool open all year, and a larger outdoor pool that's open in the Summer months all at the community clubhouse. There's also a game room, and gas firepit! Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, Black Elk Peak and more are all within 1 hour from the lodge as well! Our family of 23 (3 years old to retired grandparent ages) greatly enjoyed our stay. The home is perfect. Well stocked (kitchen especially). Bright, cheerful, modern, with tall ceilings, magnificent windows, private bedroom areas, fun places to play and to rest. The real experience even better than the pictures. Everyone gasped when they arrived. Felt homey and luxurious at the same time. Location location location. Nestled in the beauty of the pine trees, this lot is private and has gorgeous views from every angle. We enjoyed watching the deer graze, seeing a double rainbow, and breathing the air of the pristine Black Hills. The deck area was a favorite spot for conversation, peaceful and cozy by the fire pit. The kitchen is excellent, large and accommodating for our big group's large meal prep. Bedrooms/bathrooms are comfy and private. Bunk bed area a blast. So much space. So well thought out. Close to a lot of amazing trails and adventures. Pool/Club House fun too. We didn't have enough time to do it all, and I'm sure we will do our best to come back. ##### Erin B. The grill was large and the gas was plumbed into the house so no propane was needed. Bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker (not the k-cup kind). Balcony was huge and a great place for afternoon drinks. Garage had corn hole and washer games which were fun for the kids. The owners provided Hulu live so we could watch college football. Really quiet location. Hot tub was well maintained and the great room provided ample room for cooking, watching football, playing board games, and hanging out simultaneously. The property management company were great to work with and communicated with us after hours and on the weekend. The ONLY negative was super weak wi-fi downstairs. We were only able to use the televisions and wi-fi upstairs which was a bummer. If the owner boosted the internet downstairs we would stay here every time we vacation in the hills. ##### Travis T. This is the newest house and has the best bedroom/bathroom combination. It is perfect for multiple families. We have some suggestions: Shower floors are slippery; they have coatings which are not adequate for seniors. Grab bars would help too. Bedrooms need cabinets to accommodate luggage The ovens, outside grill and fans need cleaning. So do the dusty inside cold air returns. The grill drip pan was full. Great sized, easily accessible, and comes furnished with everything you need. It’s exactly what I expected from the listing and photos. We loved that all rooms are en suite, which worked great for our group of mostly couples. Will absolutely stay here again. ##### Amy B. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected in the description. The kitchen was wonderful for everybody gathering, cooking and enjoying a meal! We enjoyed having a bathroom with each bedroom. The yard was perfect for our little grandchildren to play. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again! ##### Deb S.
