Perfect setup for my husband & I on the main level, daughter & husband in the loft, 4 grandkids in the bunks and their uncle on the couch. Great table for family games we brought. You might want to update the kids games on hand, as most were found to be incomplete! Our grandkids are older, so was not a big deal for us, but if someone had younger kids it would be disappointing to see the games, and then find out you couldn’t play them because of missing pieces! Also, we had talked about lighting the fireplace, but there were no words of instruction as to the safety of starting it up, and there was worry about smoking up the place, so we hesitated to do so.
