Composed of a living room with a built-in bed 140cm, air conditioning and tv, a kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge-top), a cabin with bunk bed 2 beds 80cm, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Beautiful terrace of 14m². Secure common parking. No road to cross to go to the beach. Near Shopping center, restaurants, water activities and public transport. Pets not allowed. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 44€ Studio (Free of pet hair)
Two separate deposit checks are due the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for the apartment and 100€ household deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
