"Inconvenient and inadequate outlets. Outlets by bed are damaged, loose and unsafe. Property in general seems old and dated. In need of upkeep and updating."

"On the positive, Staff was friendly and helpful at checkin. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was adequately clean. Value for comparable rated rooms was good. Good hot water supply for showers but tub was pretty stained (hard water, maybe?) On the downside-the accessible room we were given had just been cleaned and the floor was still wet. We tracked dirty footprints through the room until we slipped on a puddle and realized the floor was wet. We received the welcome text with the instruction to reply if we had any questions. Asked about when breakfast opened the next morning but received no reply. The sink faucet was not mounted correctly and wobbled every time you turned on or off the water. Toilet filled for several minus after each flush. Breakfast choices were minimal with the only protein being milk for your cereal or activia yogurt... so really no proteins at all. Overall, average stay but probably would not stay here again."

"It's a 2* property so you are going to get what you pay for. The check-in was great, very helpful person on the desk. There's plenty of parking. The property is showing its age. It could do with a general refresh. The room was OK, plenty of space and it was clean. The bedding, shower curtain and towels could all do with replacing....someone had burnt a couple of holes in the cover of the bedding, the shower curtain was stained and the towels should have been replaced awhile ago."

"You get what you pay for. Overall, it was a cheap place to stay. The room was clean enough, but smelled heavily of cat urine. The AC was great and did get the room to 60 degrees which was great for us hot sleepers. It was a (mostly) quiet stay. The side door was busted, which was concerning for a security standpoint. There was trash collected outside where it appears someone may be living behind the bushes."

"I’m going to make this as nice as possible and maybe they will make things right. I spent two nights here with my family. We reserved two room. First they gave us two rooms on the second floor. My room was okay, dirty but okay… the girls room smelled like urine as soon as you walked in the door. Toilet was absolutely filthy. Door had a huge hole in it… we went and complained, they tried to give me a room upstairs, one room! Finally after complaining they gave me two rooms upstairs. Got settled in and bugs everywhere, not bed bugs… pincher bugs. In the sink, by the bed in the bathroom…. We’re by a wooded area so I just assumed that’s the reasoning behind the bugs. Oooh but second night letting the kids swim, kids with no parents in there, screaming and yelling. No towels,no lights just a mess… we left the pool area when we noticed a guy staring at the girls. We leave and come back around 2 am and I go to use the bathroom in the lobby and the bathroom was disgusting. Used lady diapers on the floor, trash over filled. Pads and tampons everywhere. Went upstairs to our room slept for 4 hours and left. I have pictures of most of what I’ve mentioned."
