« House was immaculate and very quaint. We wish the weather had been better for sitting on the porch. Close enough to small towns for some great food and far enough away to feel like you were really remote. Gravel and dirt roads to the property. Half bath is outside for ease of access when you are outside. Would definitely stay again! »

« Each year my rather large family gathers around Christmas. Being that we are all from 3 different regions of Texas, finding a central location that will house us all comfortably with plenty a amenities has been difficult to find, until now. We had plenty of room, the kids enjoyed play outside and visiting the pond and hiking. We are hoping to book again soon for next year. »

This is our 4th stay, hunting for stars, galaxies and nebulae in the dark skies of Crockett, TX Perfect for stargazers in Houston area, the cabin is equipped with all you need but you also have good options for dinner 15 minutes away, Lindo Guanajuato is very close and have best street tacos and enchiladas verdes. »

« This lake home was perfect for our family trip. We loved the layout of the home and all the outdoor sitting areas. The landscape of the home was absolutely gorgeous and the kayaks were so much fun! We would definitely recommend this home. The host was very accommodating and offered solutions for parking for our large family. We had several other inconveniences (for the host) that they were more than happy to help with. I can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was! »

« The inside of the building was a pleasant surprise just didn’t expect to drive across a cow pasture to get to it. The inside was very clean and accommodating. I really think this should be titled “hunting cabin” because the location was a surprise. »

« This place is a piece of heaven hidden away the the piney woods. The hospitality was a 10 plus, amazing people. The little extras they give is the icing on the cake! I'm not going to say what is, but it's super sweet, plus it will give you something to look forward to when you book your getaway. The place was clean and I love the country setting with the horse arena and all. The little side where all the rooms are is set up like a little western town and is super cute.
