Logement et situation conformes à l'annonce. Le logement est bien équipé et de très bonne qualité et la situation en bout de baie de Saint Brieuc nous a parfaitement convenu pour ce que nous souhaitions faire pendant notre séjour. Petit appartement très fonctionnel, très propre, très agréable avec une petite vue sur la baie. A mi-chemin de toutes nos ballades de roscoff au mont saint Michel. Un très bon séjour. Je le conseille avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour et même si je n'ai eu que peu de contact avec les propriétaires celui-ci fut très sympathique. Merci aussi pour la gentille attention que j'ai eu sur la table à mon arrivée. Le logement et le lit sont très confortables et la promenade proche de la Baie idéale pour faire un peu de sport sans se fatiguer et une promenade en fin de soirée. Comme dirait ma petite fille c'était trop Dar !

Propriétaires bien que peu présents sont accueillants et sympathiques . Tout le nécessaire y est . Les propriétaires ont répondu à nos attentes . La location est propre . Tout est neuf .

studio tres bien situé .tout est neuf et on a tous sous la main . le canapé lit est très confortable . le coin cuisine est fonctionnel , avec tous ses ustensiles , prévoir des torchons ... Douche et toilettes au top ...pas de soucis d eau chaude ... Wifi sur place sans soucis de coupure . la propriétaire laisse un paquet de galettes bretonne pour l accueil ... Dommage de ne pas pu l avoir rencontrer lors de notre séjour mais ce n est que partie remise ,car nous pensons revenir très bientôt .. n hésiter pas a réserver ,très bon rapport qualité prix ..

Idéal pour découvrir la région

Nous avons eu accueil très chaleureux d’Anne-Marie, la propriétaire (avec en plus un paquet de galettes Bretonnes !!) Le studio est idéal pour un couple, il est très propre et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Il se situe à 2 pas de la Baie de Saint Brieux, dans un petit lotissement très calme. Paimpol, ile de Bréhat, Saint-Malo, Dinan se trouvent à environ 1 heure de route, idéal pour découvrir la région, les plages se trouvent à environ 5km. Nous vous recommandons ce logement !!!

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le studio était impeccable et très bien équipé, nous avons eu un excellent accueil des propriétaires! Le studio est idéalement situé : dans un coin calme et reposant, à 2min à pied de la Baie de St Brieuc. Point de départ idéal pour visiter la région, nombreux chemin de randonnées à proximité, nous en avons eu plein les yeux toute la semaine les paysages sont vraiment magnifiques! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir dès que l'occasion se présente et n'hésiterons pas à recommander vivement cette location!
