Two additional adult size cots stored in entrance closet for groups looking to spread out. Ample parking for trailers along with over two hundred feet of floating dock at the lake end of a private channel, this home is begging to host families for a vacation of fishing, kayaking, and watersports. We’ve never been to Lakeport or to Clear Lake. This property was just amazing. Steeped with history and family legacy. My wife and I were fascinated with the history of the property. Add to that the phenomenal location right on the water and the incredible design of the home, and suffice it to say the trip was just everything we hoped for. Last but certainly not least, the property manager was responsive, like, replied within 3-5 minutes to any questions we had. This is a 5 out of 5 stay if I’ve ever had one. The house had everything we needed to accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids. The location probably cannot get any better than that. It’s located right next to the opening of main lake access. Fish is jumping everywhere. We brought 4 bass boats and the house had parking for our truck and trailers as well as a big boat dock to fit all the boats too. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again next year for our 5th annual trip. Launch ramp was conveniently located minutes away. ##### Phong N. We found this property last year and it has been the best on the lake so far..and that dates back 8 years of rentals for serious bass anglers. 10 out of 10 for location, owner response, and the property itself. The home is beautiful and has all the comforts you need, to makes you feel right at home. Communication with the hosts is definitely Five Star Rated! We met and visited with several neighbors. They were all so kind. The amount of wildlife was incredible this trip. Natures T.V. Was Awesome! Thank You for Another Awesome Stay. What a fun and fantastic place to stay. We fished for hours and just relaxed and soaked up all of natures beauty for three days. Started with being stung by a nest of wasps in a window opening. Ants ate our chocolate cake. Slipped on goose poop on the dock. Holes in screen dirty furnishings shower floor was filthy.
