« The location for our needs was perfect. And the fact we were able to bring our pups with us was everything. Very nice cozy little apartment. Perfect for my wife and I and our two little dogs. The only thing that wasn’t great was the area for the dogs to use the bathroom. But it worked and there was a nice dog park on it a few blocks south on 300. So it’s definitely not worth losing a star over. The communications with the manager was very efficient and helpful. »

« Multiple communication lines - discontinuity between VRBO and Expedia. Inconsistent communication. Expedia and VRBO says the door codes will be available three days prior checking in. The host says two hours. It does not matter if it's two hours - it needs to be communicated well ahead so that I don't have to worry about it. No communication to communicate this until I frantically asked and called around. Overall, very poor communication from all, Expedia, VRBO and the host. »
