Tucked away in a tranquil, friendly neighborhood on a sprawling ½ acre. You’re just minutes away from restaurants, retail therapy, and nightlife mischief! Got a hankering for some mountain magic? You’re mere minutes from Utah’s top concert spot, Snowbird, Alta & Park City. Easy access to anywhere in town.  
The space  
Nothing worse than renting a nice place in a bad area! Well, this is the place for you. Located in a well-established upscale neighborhood on ½ acre lots with lots of trees. Very quiet, safe and convenient to anywhere in the city. Concerts, skiing, shopping, and the airport. Tucked away on the lower level of a large private home, this fully self-contained 1-bedroom unit is just what you are looking for. A great workspace and high-speed internet, private lawn and sitting area, fruit trees, vegetable garden, and don't forget the hot tub to relax in after a long day.
