We stayed here for a sporting event at Utah. The location was perfect in that we jumped on the light rail & were on campus in 5 minutes. It was also great in that we were able to walk to several bars & restaurants & leave the car in the parking lot. Felt completely safe 24/7 too. As others have commented, this is on the ground floor so there are people above walking around. We didn't have a problem with this as we use a white noise app on our phones while traveling to block noise. The price, location & amenities were what made our stay. The open floor plan is spacious and efficient. The full kitchen has the basic tools needed to save a bit by eating in. A washer and dryer are handy, too. The bathroom is small but adequate. Wi-Fi and large flat screen TV allow all the connectivity to do work or entertainment. The bed is comfortable, and the 2 minisplit HVAC units work great. On the downside, the steps to this apartment are kind of narrow, and you need to pay careful attention. Also, the upstairs apartment has creeky floors, and you hear it.. especially at night (when trying to sleep) Overall, it is a recommended place to stay. ##### Jeffrey T.
