Greenview Manor at Rumbling Bald

This impressive home offers fantastic views of the #6 Green on Bald Mountain Golf Course and the mountains. Greenview is well appointed, featuring a majestic stone fireplace at the focal point of the massive great room with large screen TV.  Over 20 foot high ceilings with two stories of large windows surround three sides of the great room allowing gorgeous views and ample light into the space.  The main floor kitchen is well stocked and the table in the dining area seats eight people. There are three additional chairs available at the kitchen bar so that 11 people may eat together!

Upstairs is a full bath and two bedrooms, plus a loft. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, and another full bath. Also on this level, is an amazing game room, complete with pool table, ping pong table, electronic dart board, Arcade1up Pong Pub Table, and an indoor putting green. This room is the perfect area to spend quality time with the family and for rainy days.  The game room features a large flat screen TV, a flat screen TV for gaming, and two gaming chairs.  You typically will not find furnishings and decorations in a rental home that you can enjoy at Greenview.  This home comes with a washer/dryer. The furnishings are comfortable and the living spaces are bright, airy and welcoming. This is a wonderful home for a golf group or multi family vacation; Greenview can sleep up to 12 guests in five separate bedrooms.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
