Just one street back from stunning Lake Hawea, tucked in, high up on the lake moraine is where you'll find Korimako Ridge. When you yearn for a relaxing holiday in a special place, look no further than Korimako Ridge. In winter you can enjoy this great location and come home after a day skiing to this warm and comfortable home. In summer enjoy the proximity to the lake and the beautiful garden.  
  
The open plan living dining and kitchen areas open onto summer shaded decks and a private courtyard - ideal for keeping cool on summer days. The garden and others around are the haunts of various native songbirds keen to feast on the flowers in the gardens as well as the fruit from apricot and cherry trees nearby. Listen for the bellbird (Korimako.)  
In Winter afternoons this house is a bright and cosy holiday home. Ideal for settling down by the fire with a glass of wine whilst winding down from a day's skiing.  
  
Close, convenient access to two restaurants, a convenience store, a village Library, and tennis courts. To Lake Hawea and Hawea River walking and biking tracks. Summer swimming, boating and other  
recreation in the pristine waters of this beautiful lake.  
  
A convenient fifteen-minute drive between forests, mountains and plains but away from the hustle and bustle of Wanaka township. Korimako Ridge is well-placed in any season for day excursions to surrounding Wanaka, Cromwell areas and Makaora with its beautiful blue pools.  
  
Planning to get up in the mountains for the snow? You will be less than an hours drive from Treble Cone and Cardrona Skifields. And just over an hours drive from Queenstown.  
  
With endless local adventures, Korimako Ridge is a refreshing family base waiting to welcome you!

We stayed in the house for two nights. It’s clean, however the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all! It’s very inconvenient. We contacted the service team several times but still not work. No hot water for the first day. No hair dryer.
