The property is a bit dated but is clean and well maintained. The motel is a short drive to Lake George for shopping and dining options. I plan on staying at this property whenever I visit the area in the future.

The location was nice and quiet while still being close enough to town. There was also plenty of parking available. The room was a normal size and comfortable overall, but the bathroom could use better ventilation. There was a window in the bathroom that could be opened, but it provided a direct view of the hallway outside, so anyone walking by could easily see inside. The window was also at the same level as the hallway, to the point that you could literally have a conversation with someone standing outside. I think the window should have been placed higher or designed with more privacy in mind.

Check in was easy, friendly front desk person. Our room on the other hand, the carpet was sticky, hole in the wall, ceiling looked just patched, broken fire detector, smelled funny, things chipping away and found on floor, shower pressure? And odd fixture, bed was sticky as well (thankfully we carry our own blankets) we were out majority of the time. Literally just to sleep and get out.

It was very inexpensive but you get what you pay for. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The A/C worked as well. The bed was kinda old and hard but still comfortable. There were only 4 outlets in the room. 2 in the main area and one in the bathroom. I would definitely suggest bringing a power strip or two. WiFi worked real good. And you’ll need it since cell signal is bad at that end of town. I can honestly say that I would stay here again. Cheap, clean and good A/C= good deal

It was clean enough. The playground equipment in the photos aren't there. That was part of why I chose it. The bathroom had a spider living there. The floors in the room left your feet black. If I had stayed longer I would have mopped the floors myself. If you just need to crash for 1-2 nights it's fine. I would use it again if I needed another weekend in that area. I would just bring my mop.
