Private backyard, fire pit, bbq, beach, boats and entertainment…fun!

Our private escape nestled on the edge of downtown within Maple Wood Park. Only three blocks from the lake, beach, restaurants, boats, shopping, the Riviera and entertainment, our property offers convenience and charm in an ideal location.

Our three-bedroom home features a fully fenced yard with large maple trees providing plenty of shade. Enjoy outdoor gatherings around the fire pit or cook up a meal on the grill. Step inside to find an inviting kitchen with an open floor plan, equipped with a gas range, a large refrigerator with a craft ice maker, dishwasher and ample counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, a large couch and a TV.

All bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom includes both a queen bed and a full bed, along with TVs and a gaming table for added entertainment.

2nd bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a TV and a spacious walk-in closet. Third bedroom located at the back of the house, has a full bed, TV and access to a walkout top deck complete with a table and chairs. The main bathroom upstairs features a double sink, shower, and a freestanding bathtub.

One of the home's highlights is the large front deck, a favorite spot for many. Surrounded by huge windows on three sides, it offers a cozy atmosphere with a TV and table for gaming or puzzles, making it perfect for enjoying evenings.

Mudroom located off kitchen has washer and dryer, ironing board. We offer special pricing for weekly and monthly rentals, just message me thru the app for a custom price. Our listing is monitored constantly by my wife and myself to answer any questions or to handle emergency’s.

Great girlfriend getaway!

Special friends came in from NC and I really wanted to show them a great time in Wisconsin! Our stay in Lake Geneva was a perfect ending to a fabulous trip. The location to downtown, the cozy, comfortable feeling of the home and all the attention to detail provided by the hosts made this stay very special!

Cute house

Only stayed one night but communication with owners was timely, property is close to quaint downtown and the lake. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. They even had waters and some sodas in fridge and snacks for our stay. Would stay again in future.

Girls getaway

My girlfriend and I do a trip to Lake Geneva every year for one night during the same weekend. This was a clean, lovely home for our night away, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, and a fun place to stay the night! The host was responsive and accommodating.

Great Place

This is a great property! Prompt answers to a couple of questions we had. Just a couple of easy blocks to walk to beach and downtown. We had great fun in the backyard, playing bags, and other games. Enjoyed having a fire both nights.

Clean, nice spacious kitchen, very accomodating hosts. The yard was huge and perfect for hanging out. The location was extremely convenient for walking downtown. We will stay here again.

Perfect Lake Geneva Getaway Spot!

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party, and had a wonderful time. Tina and Scott had a lot of supplies stocked and were great communicators. The property has a cozy backyard, and is so close to downtown that we were able to walk everywhere from our boat rental, to restaurants and bars, and to go shopping. Would recommend this place for a big group! We had plenty of space and there were open areas to lounge around in.
