The place is stocked with everything you need as far as utensils and other kitchen needs. There is a barbecue area at the pool which we took advantage of several times. There is a great lanai with both a dining table and a couch with 2 chairs - really came in handy during the times it rained as you could still be outside. We also used the free shuttle to get us to and from the local restaurants which we were very impressed with. Our rental communications were simple and Charles was very responsive during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the space well decorated. Only one small couch, so lounging was kept to one person unless you use the outdoor furniture; everyone else has to sit upright. Also, there are zero stocked items in the kitchen (be sure to buy salt, pepper, and olive oil). Due to the stairs, this may be a difficult place to stay for someone who is older, especially when carrying a heavy suitcase. Also, no hot tub at the pool next to us. But the views!!! And a 1-mile walk to the beaches. We watched the sunrise almost everyday. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I worked multiple days and found it to be a lovely environment - quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. ##### Judy E. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was there. I enjoyed the beach chairs and cooler - helped with our day out and the pool was quiet and peaceful when we chose to stay in. Property manager was very responsive in taking care of requests. Beach cart and coolers came in really handy for the 5-10 minute walk down to one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever been to. The condo was clean, comfortable and the view of the golf course was awesome! Charles was very communicative and always checking in to see if I needed anything which was a plus.
