"Nice, clean hotel and room.
Beautiful spa room - clean and comfortable.
I cant comment on the pool or sauna as due to our very last check in we unfortunately missed getting to use the actual “resort”.
My only issues were:
- check in which was 2.5 hours late
- we didn’t receive our “special occasion gifts” in our room which we had been specifically told were in there ready for us.

"Did not use laundry. Staff friendly. Air conditioning fine. Our telephone request for early check in was very efficiently taken care of by the manager. Lovely dinner, with friendly service in the restaurant."

"Staff was welcoming and helpful. Triple bunk was super convenient for our family of five! The pool was nice but the hot tub was broken so that was a little bit of a bummer. Appreciated the continental breakfast. "

"BEWARE! We paid a high price for this place because the listing said "breakfast included" and that it was a top-rated breakfast. In reality, the breakfast consisted of a little bag of cereal, a mini muesli bar, and a juice box, in the room. Apparently there used to be a restaurant on the premises, but it is permanently closed. Also, the A/C was not working. It made a noise like it was trying to start up every couple of minutes, but couldn't start. The noise continued even though we turned it off. Also, the carpet was badly stained in several places and there was an odd smell in the room. The "windows" were glass block, so we couldn't see outside unless we opened the door, and the TV was tiny. This is not the high rated motel that they want you to think it is. We feel totally mislead and ripped off!"
