It was immaculately clean when we arrived with easy access and the all important parking!. The kitchen and sitting area is large and well organized with everything that you need for staying in. The house is perfectly located for access to Shaw Cove and it's an easy walk to shops, food and the thumping heart of Laguna. The kitchen is new, quite fabulous, well equipped. The big bed in bedroom is comfortable. Great television, stereo doesn't work, and here comes the big need. This property is advertised as sleeping 4, noting that there is a convertible sofa in the living room, this is true.but it is the most uncomfortable, torturous night of sleep I've had in a long time. It's an old school pull out with a mattress thinner than a Ritz cracker, and the supporting bars underneath perfectly located to get you right in the middle of your back every move you make. but it is the most uncomfortable, torturous night of sleep I've had in a long time. Easy walk into downtown for shopping and restaurants (about a mile), and trolley was an option as well when we didn't want to walk. Easy beach access and access to a free trolley for getting into the shopping area. We had a fabulous time in Laguna and loved the place! If you are someone that is sensitive to noise (we are not), then this may not be the place for you, as it is located on Pacific Coast Highway and can get a bit of traffic noise; however, we are from SF and this is par for the course. The house was very well maintained and worked great as a meeting place for the family. The house had that beach cottage feel and charm, that makes you feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you enter. The back yard patio was quiet and clean. I would recommend a stay here if you want to relax, enjoy your family and definitely enjoy the beach. ##### DENNIS L. The whole house was clean and well taken care of. Although it wasn't exactly a walking distance from the downtown (with kids especially), it was very close from the free shuttle that goes to downtown so it was still very convenient. I almost wish I had cooked, the kitchen was so beautiful, but Mom was on vacation, too, so we ate at the easily accessed restaurants and enjoyed the beaches.
