First of all - I need to find out how I could get a refund. I did not end up staying at this property. How dare they stay open for business. Unsanitary, the pool water was GREEN, the photo you have displayed is way outdated. Expedia should be ashamed to list them on your site. La Qiunta corporate needs to check in on who they have out there representing their brand. I pre-paid for my family room. They did not have my pre-paid, pre-booked room available, they attempted to accommdate me by giving me adjouning rooms but started to charge me for the 2nd room. At that moment another customer came in to inform the lady working the front desk that the room she was assigned had peoples personal belongings all over the place and deodrant smears across the sheets or something and no pillows, which was worst than the first room she was shown as that room had a hole in the wall! She threatened to call the police. At this point...I was NOT going to stay. As i had my children with me and I felt it was not a safe environment.
I decided to take my chances with Expedia and fight for my money back thru you as I was told she couldn't do anything about a refund. I will be contacting La Quinta Corp. and I will be contacting whomever I need to to shut them down. I can't imagine anything good happens on that property. It is disgusting. Expedia...do yourselves a favor and STOP listing them on your site! Read other reviews. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. EVER.
