"Only thing did like was the pool water was super cold and it had too much chlorine. Kids couldn’t be there more than 30 mins without crying or coughing because of the chlorine. Never stayed in a hotel that the water was so cold, it was almost to freezing cold. Not sure if the heater wasn’t working or is always like that."
