"A beautiful newer built home with a great outdoor area! The perfect place to call home while leaf peeping in NH. We spent most days on the road but when we returned in the evening, the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The kitchen was generously stocked with supplies and then some. Very spacious and comfortable living areas. Our host, Richie was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The only suggestions we have would be to add a second nightstand next to the bed in the basement...

They have a nice pool and laundry facilities, and the rooms have a large fridge/freezer and microwave. The bathroom needs a fan, and it’s a bit dated, but it has a small couch and good storage and a decent tv. Even your parking spot is numbered so you’re right next to it. Good place."

We especially liked the child gates at all the stairs for our young grandchildren. We were disappointed with the lack of filtered water and no ice maker for the refrigerator.The dock and views of the lake were wonderful"

"This house was an incredibly comfortable home base for our family's vacation. The deck overlooking the lake was awesome, and the two full baths were clutch. We enjoyed the Akwa Marina beach and pool daily. Such a fun vibe, and the kids enjoyed the ping pong, bocce, and volleyball courts. A quick 5 minute walk to the boardwalk offered lots to do, and the location also allowed for quick drives to other towns and great hikes. Would definitely recommend this spot!"
