« The restored Wilbur Mansion was spectacular. The rooms were huge, the location was convenient, the amenities were perfect, the old architecture elements and history were fascinating, and the staff made us feel right at home. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best we've ever had. »

« Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le description, il n’y a pas de borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique. Nous étions déçus, car nous avions réservé en fonction de cela. Les chambres sont dues pour des rénovations et/ou un ménage en profondeur. »

« Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees. »
