« Un très bel endroit. Les jardins, bassins et logis étaient très biens. Situé en altitude, la température chute drastiquement en fin de journée. Ils nous ont remis des bouillottes pour réchauffer nos couvertures. Ce fût très apprécié. Le personnel est très serviable et courtois. Pour ceux qui prévoient se rendre dans cette région (des vues de montagnes époustouflantes), prévoir des vêtements chauds car il faisait 6 degré le matin de notre séjour. »

« Très belle endroit ou se reposer et se détendre. Pas loins de plantations de café du Tarrazu et du parc Los Quetzales. Des propriétaires excellents et généreux, on sent qu'ils aiment ce qu'ils font! Une ambiance de détente géniale. La nourriture est excellente et préparée avec soins. On peut voir des colibris et différents oiseaux sur place. Tout était parfait, on reviendra! Un des meilleurs hebergements qu'on ait eu pendant notre voyage. On recommande tres chaleureusement, foncez sans hésiter! »

« Most charming lodge I’ve ever been at. A perfect stop to make between the Pacific coast and the Carribean one, or between San Jose and Limon/Puerto Viejo. The view is out of this world beautiful, the location is completely off-the-grid, the team is just wonderful, the breakfast is so so good, and fresh. The chicken empanadas is the best one I ever had. The garden has so many types of flowers/trees, etc. Our dog got to run freely and enjoy the beautiful grounds. I have nothing bad to say about...

Le restaurant est correct mais sans plus les portions sont un peu trop grandes. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie très confortable. Le site est magnifique. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps."

"Un petit coin de paradis isolé pour les amoureux de la nature. Personnel très aimable, très bon restaurant je recommande le foie gras de poulet un délice. Les truites au menu sont élevés sur place. Le rapport qualité prix est un peu élevé. On y voit beaucoup d'oiseaux dont des colibris et surtout le quetzal. Le site est splendide. Les chambres sont charmantes et chauffées. Petit bémol quand il fait frais la salle de bain est un peu froide. "

"Ça restera un mauvais souvenir. Le défaut principal est le manque de chauffage dans l'hôtel. Au vu du prix payé pour les chambres c'est une honte (Plus de 110$). Les chambres ne sont équipées que d'un petit chauffage d'appoint qui peine à réchauffer la pièce quand il fait froid dehors et il faisait froid quand nous y avons séjourné. La salle de bain n'est pas chauffée, je vous laisse imaginer le plaisir quand il s'agissait de passer à la douche. La journée, il ne faut pas imaginer aller se réchauffer dans une pièce commune, le restaurant n'est pas chauffé non plus. Pour le reste, on a eu un petit déjeuner sans pain parce que la cuisine est arrivée en rupture de stock pendant le séjour, ça mais imaginer le degré de professionnalisme des personnes en charge de l'approvisionnement."
