Villa Phoenix - Ancient and modern charm

Welcome to Villa Phoenix, a sumptuous character house ideally located in the heart of La Couarde-sur-Mer village, just 3 minutes walk from shops and the beach. This luxurious residence, entirely renovated with noble materials, elegantly combines the charm of the old and a resolutely contemporary spirit.



The villa opens onto a vast wooded garden, a true green setting conducive to relaxation and moments of conviviality. Inside, you will discover a refined decoration, punctuated with vintage design furniture pieces that give the whole an warm and unique atmosphere.



The bright, spacious rooms, enhanced by a beautiful ceiling height, offer generous living spaces.



The night space is located on the upper floor and consists of two suites and three rooms sharing two bathrooms/water rooms. Each room is carefully decorated, down to the smallest details, and personalised in soft tones, creating a soothing and elegant atmosphere conducive to rest.



The Villa Phoenix is an invitation to exceptional holidays, blending comfort, elegance and art of living in Ré Island style.



Pets are not permitted in this villa.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included and mandatory in the final rate. It includes an intermediate cleaning included for any stay during the high season.
