"We really enjoyed our stay, the house is perfect to welcome older people, as there are two rooms downstairs and access to the sea is super easy. our parents enjoyed it to the fullest. And the fact that the pool is close by makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids while the adults chat. "The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...

"The staff was amazing. Nicaraguans are so friendly, attentive, and full of life. The room was in poor condition: the shower head fell off, the towels were frayed, the refrigerator was leaking and full of sand, the top sheet on the bed felt like paper. The bed was on roller. If you didn’t jump unto it, you might fall to the floor. There was no remote for the air conditioner. It was freezing. The drying rack on the porch broke off. THE FOOD WAS ALMOST INEDIBLE. I ate gallopinto (rice and beans) and cold bread with butter for most meals. The food at the pool was worse. The main food area/bar had slippery tiled floors. "

"Incredible stay at Christine’s home in Masachapa! The pool and outdoor areas are amazing. The sunset views were incredible. We got massages on site and took an ATV tour along the beach and to a waterfall. Dolores cooked for us 3 days, lunch and dinner, and those were the best meals - so delicious. We did 2 day trips to Ometepe Island and to Masaya Volcano. Glad we did it but lots of driving for short visits. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"We stayed at this beautiful home for our large family reunion and it exceeded our expectations. Everyone had a fantastic time. We all loved the pool, playing ping pong, beach volleyball and being able to walk onto the sand and enjoy the waves. We even witnessed a sea turtle laying eggs right on the beach in front of the house. The caretakers were outstanding. Karina deserves special recognition-her cooking was absolutely delicious. She prepared a wide variety of meals, included dishes we requested that she had never made before, and they all turned out fantastic. She also managed to cook the perfect amount for our large group. One morning, her husband took us to buy fish and shrimp, fresh off the fishing boats. It’s rare to find a place that checks so many boxes. This home and the caretakers truly stand out, and we would happily return in the future."
