In residence "THE ROYAL PARK" located 300 m from the beautiful beach of La Baule, nestled in a 4 hectare park with 2 swimming monitored in July and August (1 heated) and paddling pool for children solarium with sun beds around. Playground for children.
Very close: Doctor's office, pharmacy, supermarket,
Apartment T2 completely renovated in 2015, (tastefully decorated) exposed SOUTH / SOUTHWEST is very bright.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet appartement décoré avec goût, tout équipé, dans un superbe cadre et une terrasse spacieuse. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Les piscines sont aussi un gros plus. Bref, nous avons été comblés. Sans oublier les propriétaires adorables.

Belles prestations dans la résidence avec deux piscines et un accès clos. L'immeuble aurait peut être besoin d'un petit rafraichissement extérieur.
