70 m2 spacious apartment in the heart of the city

Magnificent apartment of 70 m 2 completely renovated in 2019, on the second and last floor without elevator. Located a few meters from the city center on a very quiet street, 1 bedroom (160 cm bed) and 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room and separate WC. Large living room with equipped and air-conditioned kitchen.
Sheets and towels provided.
Possibility of a 5th bed on the sofa (bed 80).
travel cot and high chair for young children.
Included at the foot of the building is a closed, non-private room (for a bike, bicycle, stroller trailer, etc.)
Near train station about 8 minutes on foot (Avignon 30 minutes by train).
Near flea markets, restaurants, and terraces by the sorgue!
2 free parking lots at the end of the street (Portalet and Snail parking). The apartment is located 12 minutes from Gordes and Lagnes
A deposit check (€ 400) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned upon departure.

Great apartment in fabulous location!
We had an amazing 12 day stay in this beautiful apartment. Every inch of this place has been tastefully renovated and was clean and comfortable. Best part was its amazing location, both inside L'ISLS and within the Luberon/Provence region. It was on a quiet side street so sleeping was peaceful, and yet, it was 100 yards away from the major central square where all the market & activity was. Free parking in the nearby Portalet lot was easy, although we felt lucky to always find the last 1-2 open spots each night; I can't imagine how busy it might be during peak summer months. (We went in early-Sept). We covered a ton of ground from this perfect location. Within 30-90 minutes drive, you can get to: Roussillon, Gordes, Menerbes, Lourmarin, Uzes, St. Remy, Les Baux, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Avignon, Uzes and Orange. We did a slightly longer drive to coastal Cassis to see the Calanques, and to the top of Mount Ventoux, and they were well worth it. I am looking forward to returning some day because this place was perfect for seeing the entire Luberon region, but was also a restful place to return home to everyday after the fun chaos of market days! Merci!

Pleasant, excellent location in village!
From the first exchange, Armelle was gracious and helpful. The apartment is very clean, large rooms with lots of windows and light. This is our fourth extended stay in L'Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue, so we know the village well, and recommend it highly. Armelle responded immediately to an appliance operation question during our stay, and eager to make sure all was well. We were aware in advance that the apartment is two floors up a spiral staircase, and being in our late 70's, we were grateful for the sturdy handrail! If your knees are okay, go for it!

Great family stay in L'Isle-Sur-La-Sorguetl
Our family stayed for a week in Armelle's apartment, including 2 kids (5 and 3 yrs). The location of the apartment was ideal, close enough to the main markets and the cathedral, but far enough away to be quiet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and as previous reviewers have mentioned, is accessed through a steep winding staircase. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all open and there was good space to stretch out. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. For kids, there are lots of toys and games to keep entertained. The apartment location was ideal to park in the parking lots close by. The apartment was ideal to walk through the Sunday market as well as take day trips to Provence villages Rousillon and Gordes, as well as Arles, Avignon, and Aix. Overall a great stay and many thanks to Armelle.

Great apartment in a great town
The apartment was exactly as expected. We loved our time there and loved L'Isle sur la Sorgue. We'd happily return. The apartment is a 2 floor walkup a spiral staircase. It might be difficult for older guests.
