Eine großzügige, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt, guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Allerdings insgesamt recht laut (ab 6:00 morgens, wenn die Kehrmaschine mehrfach durch die Straße ratterte). Kein freier Parkplatz in der Nähe.
