"All the photos are deceptive. There is no airport shuttle for pickup and no breakfast. Rooms have faulty equipment and lightning malfunctioning. Very deceptive advertising "

"This is a brand new hotel and still smells and looks like it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The internet is strong and reliable. The property has a power generator which ensures that the frequent power cuts are not a nuisance to guests. The buffet is varied but doesn't change much. The food itself is good."

The room was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just ok. There was a bar and pool outside that no one used during my stay. The area is safe and Kumasi Mall is a short walk away where there are many food and drink options, etc. it was around a 20-25 minute taxi ride to the Kejetia area and palace and museums.

I'm rating this property in comparison to the hotels and short-term rentals I've stayed at in the United States, England, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and Nigeria. In all my travels in these countries, Royal Golf Views (RGV) is the only apartment that has exceeded my expectations. It's located in Ahodwo, one of Kumasi's safest neighbourhoods.
