Bra läge

Det ligger bra, men ett slitet hotel, trånga rum. Hade två enkla sängar och inget plats för resväska, den fick ligga på den andra lediga sängen, men hade vi varit två, då fanns det absolut inget plats, ens för en väska och två skall vi inte tala om. Väldigt trångt!! I den gemensamma vardagsrummet, ett rundbord och TRE, stolar, en nedfläckad stoppad stol, en plast stol och en pall! Men båda rummen hade sängar för fyra personer. Under natten brakade det löss. Ngt. gick sönder och på morgonen såg jag att gardin stången i vardags rummet hade gått sönder. Både jag och gästen intill har påpekat det och det skulle åtgärdas under dagen, men nej och det var stark sol och inget AC i detta rum. Nonchalans. Sen är det Wi-Fi uppkopplingen som är under all kritik! Nu i Corona virus tider, för mig var det oerhört viktigt att kunna vara uppkopplad för att följa min börs och tex. sälja. Men ack nej, trots påpekande om det så fungerade det inte. Så 43 tusen kronor back på två dagar för att jag inte kunde komma in på min baksida för att sälja mina fonder!! Arg. Och när jag betalade för rummet vid utcheckningen, i receptionen kunde jag gå in på valuta omvandlare och såg exat hur mkt. de skall dra från mitt konto och det drog 14 kr mer! Även om det är inte större summan för två nätter, så rätt skall vara rätt! De har det gjort på alla hotell jag har bort under en månad! Irriterande! Har påpekat det direkt och det skulle återbetalas till mig på mitt kort. Än är det inte åtgärdat!

뷰도 좋고 방도 넓고 쾌적하나 화장실이랑 싱크대 청결 상태가 좀 안좋아요 바퀴벌레 계속 나오는데 약달라고 해서 쳐놓으면 시체만 늘어납니다. 전자레인지는 내부에 고장나있는거 모르고 돌리다가 불꽃 엄청 튀어서 큰일날뻔 했어요. 나머지는 다 괜찮긴 합니다. 위치도 완벽하고 그러니 비즈니스나 개인여행으로 사용하긴 좋고 커플 여행에는 맞진 않는듯

Chouette appartement, neuf et confortable.

A proximité à pied de la KL Tower et des Petronas. Parking public peu onéreux à côté de la résidence. Juste dommage que le check in soit un peu fastidieux. Il faut trouver le bureau où récupérer les clés et l'accès à la résidence ne se fait que par badge...

良いところはロケーションで、とても便利なところにあります。また洗濯機と乾燥機は新しそうで良かったです。それ以外は良い印象はありません。施設は古くメンテナンスにはかなりの問題があります。例えば、ベッドが最高級ベッドと記載してありましたが、全くそういうものではありません。エレベーター、廊下などは、多くの国々から来ているマナーの悪い旅行客のせいか、汚れていることも多い上、掃除も最低限のため、清潔感はあまり感じられません。部屋の掃除は、ほぼ掃除機をかけないようです。掃除機をかけることを3回お願いして、見ている前でようやくやってもらいましたが、かなりいい加減がものでした。電気系の問題も多かったので、全てにおいて最低限で良い、という方にのみおすすめします。

이 호텔에 2일, 3일 두번 예약을 해서 총 5일을 머물렀는데 바퀴벌레가 너무 많아서 미칠뻔 했음. 5일동안 불을 못 끄고 잤음. 바퀴벌레가 침대에도 올라오고. 정말 최악이에요.

정확하게 객관적인 것만 쓰려고 노력은 하겠으나 자꾸 감정이 들어가지만 최대한 자제하겠음. (부글부글) 첫날 - 밤에 샤워하려는데 샤워부스 안에 하수도 막힌거 확인. 내일 아침에 고쳐준다고 함. 그리고 이 방에 많은 바퀴벌레가 산다는 사실을 확인함. 둘째날 - 프론트에 가서 컴플레인. 바퀴벌레(cockroach)가 있고 하니 스프레이 뿌려준다고 해서 뿌려줬음. 직원들은 요청하면 다 해줌. 하지만 만족스럽지는 않음. 바퀴벌레들은 스프레이따위 겁내지 않고 방, 화장실 돌아다님. 방 바꿔 달라고 말했으나 빈방이 없다고 (음력 설날연휴) 해서 포기. 방에 침대 헤드는 벽에 고정이고 매트리스와 받침대가 있는데 매트리스 덜컹거림 이거는 컴플레인 말도 못함.

Maybe the other review wasn't exaggerated..

So having travelled round Asia quite a bit I have seen the odd cockroach in the room a few times never more than 2 in the same room and never on the same day .. This has the potential to be perfect walking distance to what we wanted to do, modern and massive windows to see the beautiful views .. but even I was taken aback by how many bugs were in the rooms .. The kitchen area was COVERED in roaches and bugs there must have been about 16 dead in the sink .. no all roaches but decent sized bugs one that had been squished still in the fridge and place just not quite kept to a clean enough standard.. In the bedroom I'm not convinced the sheets were clean on and the bugs were still all over the bathroom said to the girl and she said she would get someone to clean our room ... It was our day to get the room cleaned anyways seen as we had came early hours of the morning the day before it wasn't necessary the first day but it's every second day cleaned apparently anyway the cleaned didn't get rid of the bugs. What a disappointment this place has the potential to be AMAZING but instead I spent the whole time with my stuff packed away in my bags and not wanting to shower or use the bathroom ... Wouldn't step foot back in the kitchen :( Clean it up you have something amazing !!

Otur med rummen men bra service

Första intrycket var bra, vi hade fin utsikt och rummet var överlag rent och fräscht. Senare på kvällen gick elen i vårt och det gemensamma köket, så vi fick byta rum. Rummet vi kom till verkade bra till en början, men efter att ha kommit tillbaka efter en tur i stan så var det fullt av insekter i hela rummet. Vi fick byta rum igen.

The apartment itself has 2 rooms and 1 of it is mine. I liked the idea of having the communal living room which means i get to interact with my "neighbour" if we met, which unfortunately we did not. The staff were also very prompt with requests and they helped solve a lot of my issues during my stay which i greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend this to people on a budget and for families. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Reasons

I gave this place 5*s bc -view from 41st floor -price -luggage storage when we checked out -internet!!!!! Was great! -location Cons: -elevator needed service. The numbers would jump around, and some (of the 6 elevators) shook a couple lot -while check in 3 other people came in with room issues, and we had to wait while they resolved those. BUT, they did resolve the others issues. -the cleaning man tried coming in while we were still in our room about 10am, and I wasn’t even clothed. It was scary! My husband intercepted. It was a simple oversight, but I didn’t love that.

Cockroaches Suite

Found a lot of cockroaches in the room. Ask to change room but the receptionist refuse & said no room available to change. Then I asked for insect repellent. Who know the more cockroaches I kill & more appeared. I've video to upload if I able to. I couldn't accept anymore so I asked for checkout & refund then the receptionist told me there is another room if you like to change. Thanks for receptionist at last I able to get my refund. Before I book the hotel I checked the review is 8.2 but I think that should be long time ago.

Great property but very difficult to find at night as no clear signage and street numbers are rarely displayed. So, it is the only tall, round building in the street and is next to Concorde Hotel (very clearly signed) which all taxi drivers know. My taxi dropped me off about 1k from hotel! Local businesses had never heard of the hotel name, so took a few phone calls to find it.
