Really well situated hotel. Only 15 minute walk to the old town square and 5 minutes walk to one of the main tour bus stops. Hotel was clean and communication before was excellent. Room was very comfortable and warm but the shower head needs totally replacing.

My husband and I stayed there for 3 days at the end of May.we loved the room, and the location was perfect.it was easy to check in and out for our stay.the breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.we would recommend staying here.next trip to Krakow we would definitely stay there again

The rooms where clean. I did not know that it was a hotel without staff in the reception, only cleaning stuff. When we got contact with the reception they where very kind and helpful. The breakfast was from a meny and not with a lot of choise. The location was perfect, just to walk outside the door and a lot of restaurants and nice streets to walk on.
