Sam, the manager was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. The only issue was that i saw tiny little bugs like ants around the desk where coffe, sugar, cream were placed. Overall, it was great for what i piad.

Right next to the subway station and 3~5 min walk to Victoria Harbour. The room is very clean and the water pressure is perfect. The staff is also very kind and helpful, he told me carefully how to use every item in the room.

Staff was very kindly and friendly. My English not very good. But, his explanation was easy to understand. I was comfortable there. If I had to mention one of its downsides, Shower position is difficlt to use. My stay was winter,very confortable weather. What if it was summer? I want to again.

Very clean and close to everything

The hotel is on the 11th floor of a building equipped with lots of elevators around the building. The corridor from the elevator to the rooms are dated but once you’re inside the sleep inn area, it is very clean and I would say renovated. The person cleans daily and changes towels and sheets daily. He is extremely helpful. The room location is amazingly close to shops, restaurant, transportation, and is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. I highly recommend if you don’t mind living in a very tight space. Think of a ship cabin with very minimal space to move inside the room.

일단, 직원이 너무 친절해요. 후기가 왜 좋은지 알 수 있었다. 객실은 깨끗했고 매일 청소 해주신다. 커피포트 대신 공용의 포트가 있어서 좋았다. 화장실 뜨거운 물이 엄청 잘 나옴! 접근성도 정말 좋고, 역 바로 앞이라 이동하기도 좋음. 방음은 그렇게 좋지 않음. First of all, The staff is so kind. I could see why the reviews were good. The room was clean and cleaned every day. It was nice to have a public pot instead of a coffee pot. The bathroom has great hot water! The accessibility is really good, and it's good to move around because it's right in front of the station. The sound insulation is not that good.

Thank you guys for accommodating us on our stay. I will definitely comeback and stay in this place again. The staff here are very welcoming and great people. Shout out to the Filipina that work in this hostel. The owners are very nice people.This place is very clean and very comfy to stay. They clean your room everyday and changed your towels everyday. The room was extremely clean and well looked after with all of the amenities as described, the room looked just like in the photos. The host was also very friendly and helpful with the check-in and check-out process, in addition with helping me to store my extra items while exploring Hong Kong awaiting my flight. Only thing I would suggest improving would be to obtain sheets for the mattresses, but otherwise it’s a fantastic place to stay in HK! Definitely a solid place for the value and quality.

I would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was the WiFi would drop us a lot. So they need to work on a better WiFi. Everything else was great!

12 月末に10歳の子供と二人で2泊お世話になりました。 結論から言うと、香港再訪の際にはリピート確定です。 チェックイン案内メールは当てにしないで下さい。14階とあったのですが何処にも見当たらず、廊下で洗濯物を取り込んでいた女性が手伝ってくれたが分からず、結果的に全く違うホテル名の玄関インターホンでスタッフを呼び出すように促され、そこのホテルのカウンターでチェックイン。その後、スリープインホテルのある11階に案内されました。 部屋は確かに狭いですが、とても清潔です。水回りにカビが少しもないのにはとても驚きました。掃除やタオル交換も毎日してくれてました。 前日まで3泊していた香港島の(宿泊費2倍の)ホテルは、エアコンを止めて服をいくら着込んでも寒くて寝れませんでしたが、スリープインはエアコンを止めるだけで快適に寝れました。 スタッフの方々はとても親切で、とてもフレンドリーです。10歳の子供はスタッフの対応にとても感激して、全泊ここが良かったとボヤくほどでした。 いずれ香港に再び訪れた際には必ずスリープインに泊まらせていただきます。
