There’s really no reason to even consider other hotel. Super luxury, best views in the city, amazing gym, the top most amazing restaurants, great service, next to huge shopping mall, you can run in the avances of stars. I cannot think anything to improve. Seriously this hotel is one of my favorites in the world

Location is perfect, lobby is very nice, staff at the front desk is very helpful. The room that I stayed in was spacious with separate living space, nice bed, quiet and private, shower water flow was not great. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel, we will definitely come back again.

The luxury hotel was recently remodeled in 2022/2023, so amenities were fairly new, beautifully done, and has one of the best views of Victoria Harbour. Nobu restaurant is in hotel, so amazing food and views. Would recommend for couples and a great splurge. I looked at other hotels near there, and found this one to be the best deal with views. I highly recommend and would come back with our kids (maybe they will get the room of the city vs harbour view). Staff all spoke English and other languages, very inviting and helpful and always going above and beyond, including housekeeping. Everyone made our stay seamless, inviting and A++ customer service. Concierge was able to get us for a last minute dinner reservation and the restaurant called when table was available earlier than anticipated, which was great timing for us, as it was right after the light show, which we watched from our hotel room and just downloaded the app to listen to the music since the windows do not open in room. You can always go down to the avenue of stars (below hotel) to watch and hear), but we enjoyed it in our bed/sitting space. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

It’s been years since my last stay, but the experience was as wonderful as ever. I was especially impressed by how impeccably clean the room was—it was a real pleasure. The breakfast is still just as delicious, too. I have to say, there’s a certain charm to these classic, established hotels that you just can’t find elsewhere.
