« Tout est mensonger dans cet hôtel : pas de parking gratuit, pas de petit dejeuner malgré l’option payée et aucun remboursement : tout le monde fait semblant de ne pas comprendre l’anglais… Impossible de dormir à cause du manque d’isolation et du bruit des invités qui ne parviennent pas à ouvrir les portes (on nous donne un trousseau de clés!) Très forte odeur de tabac, cheveux dans les serviettes de bain..: Et personnel malpoli … Bref. Tout es réuni pour ne pas revenir ! »

« The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Still, the first impression...

« Parallélépipède de béton, cet hôtel n'a rien de "romantic". Certes tout est clair, propre, la chambre est assez grande avec un petit balcon. Mais froid et impersonnel. Le personnel se résume à trois personnes qui se succèdent et dont une seule parle anglais. Toutefois elle est très serviable. La photo de présentation est trompeuse : l'établissement est maintenant environné (voire cerné) par des résidences pour touristes et une école maternelle. Inutile de dire qu'il n'est aucunement question...

« Un accueil trés sympathique, chaleureux et un personnel qui a été au petit soin durant notre séjour. La chambre est belle, le lit confortable, il y a une petit réfrigérateur et une bouilloire ce qui est sympa pour se sentir un peu chez soi en se faisant une petite infusion avant d'aller dormir. La chambre est climatisée et gratuite. L'hôtel est situé à 10min en voiture de l'aéroport de Bourgas et à 3 min à pied d'un Lidl et d'un Kaufland.
