Lovely treats when we arrived. Great view although they are building in front of unit. We never had any issues with noise. Very quite complex. No parking issues. The condo is perfect for four people, whether all adults or with 2 kids that can share a bed. It is very well appointed. The owner really went out of their way to give you everything you need to have a great stay, including beach chairs, towels, boogies boards, coolers, and snorkeling equipment! The full size washer and dryer are an added plus! From the balcony you can absolutely see the ocean as well as from the master bedroom. \*\*One thing to note that wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for others, the unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Entrance up a flight of stairs, and all bedrooms upstairs as well. Nice full kitchen. Ocean and cliff views. Nearby construction does not obstruct views. It is a shame that the property directly in front of the ocean is being developed. Everything worked well and was well maintained. Might want to check the pocket door in the master bedroom. The down side was the view from the Lanai. There was construction going on, but we were warned in advance and given an option to change and we didn't so it's on us. Mar 17, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great Location and Views This is an older condo that has been well-maintained and has most everything you'll need for your stay - towels, beach chairs, snorkels, kitchen utensils and supplies. Only thing missing was a coffee grinder. The condo is located next to a beach trail that takes you in front of the Grand Hyatt and connects to the Mahalepu Beach Trail, which we walked almost daily. These are truly stunning beach cliffs. It's also walking distance to Brenneke's Beach and Brenneke's Restaurant with open windows looking out over the ocean. This was our first stay on the South shore and we truly enjoyed it. There are also many other good restaurants in the area. We were saddened that after we booked, they started building multi-million $ luxury homes on the land in front of our row of condos. There will still be an ocean view, just not as pristine and uncluttered as before. Occasionally the workers used heavy equipment at 7am, but most days this was not an issue. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony with a cocktail and watch the ocean. The complex has a wonderful view and a popular place with benches to watch the sunset.
