Prince Kuhio 113, just yards to the beach

Large, one-bedroom, first floor condo nestled between Prince Kuhio Park and tropical gardens. The living room has great views of the gardens and pool. You can see the ocean from your lanai and, at night, let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are a clothes washer and dryer in the condo, and local phone service is free.

There are two sandy beaches across the street. Swimming with sea turtles and observing the whales and monk seals is within 100 feet of the condo. Or, you can relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens while listening to the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The BBQ area is available for you to enjoy, complete with picnic tables.

There is a nice variety of outstanding restaurants in the Poipu area including The Beach House just across the road. Shops are just a few minutes away in Old Koloa Town, Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukuiula. You will also want to visit Spouting Horn and National Tropical Botanical Gardens about a mile down the road. Just minutes away are golfing, tennis and horseback riding. At Kukuiula Harbor, there are open ocean dives, ocean tours, sailing and sport fishing.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect location

My wife and I stayed at Prince Kuhio Condominiums for a week. We had a bottom floor condo, which was very nice, complex is very quiet, with a great location. The condo itself was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. There is no AC, but honestly you don’t need it with the breezes blowing through. We enjoyed the pool, which felt great after a day out. Very convenient location, across from The BeachHouse Restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

Kauai get away

Great place. Amazing location: four minute walk to a nice beach. Has lots of amenities including boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and lotion. Beautiful lanai where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. Can be a little nosy with the chickens so bring ear plugs if noise bothers you! Would stay here again!

Great amenities and location

The condo was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook most meals. They also supply lots of beach gear including a cooler and umbrella which came in handy. It is a bit warm with no air conditioning and the bed could use a memory foam mattress topper as it’s pretty hard.

Had such a fabulous time. The location is really great! We were close to everything we wanted to do on the South and West side of the island. Right across the street is a fabulous restaurant with beautiful views of the ocean. We could even see the ocean from our bedroom. Highly recommend this location.

Easy pickup of keys. Directions were great. Loved the garden landscaping. Close to beach and easy drive to Poipu. Great shaved ice and smoothly shop right on beach walkway.

Comfortable and well stocked unit

Nicely appointed, washer/dryer really came in handy, great cross breeze, pleasant back balcony. Kitchen fully stocked, even has dishwasher. Easy access since it is on the first floor but not too close to the parking lot. Plenty of parking. Easy to get and drop off keys. We will be renting this unit again in the future.

Great Location across from the beach

This property was very clean and offered all the amenities we needed including complimentary use of all beach equipment including snorkel gear ; beach chairs; towels; sunscreen; etc. Lots of fans for cooling needs although we did not need them so much in October. The ocean view from the lanai is nice although there was some construction noise from an adjacent unit during our stay (not the owners fault). Overall, I give this property 5 stars and would stay again.

Amazing Time

This was a perfect place and great price for our getaway. Walking distance to the beach and botanical gardens. Great restaurant right next door. Even a shaved ice vendor right down the street. Pool was nice to come back to and cool off.

Our first time in Kauai, this location is perfect The property is kept very clean, maintained on a daily basis.. This unit is prime location on the resort, couple steps to the pool, BBQ and the view to the beach is your back yard The unit was equipped with everything from kitchen supplies to beach accessories .

Our Stay at Prince Kuhio 113

The grounds and rooms were in great shape. It was a beautiful garden setting and just across the street was the ocean! The room even had beach furniture and boogie boards. It was a quiet peaceful place that was in a great central location to restaurants, shopping, swimming, hiking,.....the list goes on. Although the rooms were close together like an apartment complex, it came out and shined the more we got to know it. Everyone was so friendly. We will go there again. Kauai Vacation Rentals were wonderful. I had a question of the owner, and they had answers from them within an hour. That was incredible. They were always there for any reason and provided great timely answers that enhanced our stay.

Prince Kuhio was the perfect stay for us! The location is excellent and close to restaurants, great local grocery stores/food and most importantly the ocean. We could walk to the beach to watch surfers and the sunset every night. I wouldn't have wanted to be staying in any other spot. The condo itself was fantastic and well equipped with all the comforts from towels, toiletries and fully stocked kitchen. The rental was clean, comfortable and even included all beach gear. The "manager" of the condominium was present, friendly and readily available to help with any questions or needs during our stay. We will definitely be back!
