This 2-bedroom single story garden and partial ocean view condo has an open layout. Enjoy the amazing views. A very short walk right onto a well-manicured lawn, beautiful blooming trees, few steps to the pool, BBQ, few steps to spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and whales during wintertime. It is comfortable, clean, lovely, and quiet place. Quite spacious with fully equipped and recently upgraded kitchen, washer, dryer, and beach equipment. Impression générale cependant mitigée, le manque de clim dans la deuxième chambre proposant des lits jumeaux a été problématique pour nos enfants en cette période. La chambre parentale propose certes une clim portative qui garantit un minimum de fraîcheur mais elle est très bruyante. Enfin le lave -vaisselle était HS rempli d'une eau stagnante et nauséabonde. Le gérant de l'appartement a reconnu un manque d'attention de sa part au moment de la mise à disposition des lieux et a proposé une intervention seulement la veille au soir de notre départ. Pas de communication directe avec le propriétaire mais avec une agence. Sinon l'atout de cet appartement est sa localisation : près de très belles plages et des excursions vers la Napali Coast, même si un peu cher, il faut absolument le faire car inaccessible autrement et c'est absolument magique (nous recommandons Captain Andy's). Résidence avec piscine, très calme et avec un belle végétation. Très belles photos de la côte et des vagues à faire au bout du jardin. ##### PHILIPPE A. The "instruction" book was out of date and regarding the TV the remotes were not the same ones that were there so the "instructions" were useless. We did eventually learn how to operate the TV. No central air conditioning but unit in bedroom provided enough air to keep us cool in October. Be aware you can hear the upstairs tenants walking around in the evening. It could be a very nice condo if it was cared for better. Although it appears clean when you enter, as you open cupboards, look at light fixtures, furniture, rugs, etc. it really needs a deep cleaning. Furniture is well-used inside and out and not necessarily what you see in the photos. The kitchen is large with lots of cupboard space, but there is too much stuff. There were random dishes on every shelf some of which had been unused so long we didn’t want to use them unless we washed them. The pantry cupboard was so full and disorganized that we couldn’t put any food away and if we pulled something out we washed it first. We had to contact the manager to have the light fixture cleaned which was full of dead bugs and dirt inside and dirty cobwebs on the outside along with a resident spider that even stayed after the cleaning making more cobwebs. What could have been a very nice condo in a very nice location was just ok since it needs some updating, organizing, cleaning and tender loving care. ##### Richard J. The gardens around the property were very well maintained and provided a nice atmosphere for catching the evening sunset. The property was in very close proximity to beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the other accessories like beach toys, towels, etc were a nice touch to see upon our arrival. The pool was unfortunately closed for the majority of our stay due to maintenance - we understand these things happen and the property manager / owner had good communication about this and listened to our concerns to make sure it did not damper our overall stay. If we had to give some feedback otherwise, the rental could use some upgrades in the bathroom. ##### Philip G. Nice condo complex and good central location for poipu Overall we were very pleased with this property! One thing I don't think we anticipated, was that being on the ground level meant we didn't want to have the shades open / windows open at nighttime for the whole world to peep in at us. That meant we kept the windows closed during the coolest time, and the living areas were frequently \~80-82 degrees. If it weren't for the AC units in the bedrooms we would have had a different story! The units were great for the bedrooms and ensured we could sleep comfortably at all hours. The unit itself was wonderful and had everything we could want / need including plenty of dishes / kitchenware and beach towels. Thank you so much for a wonderful honeymoon stay! ##### Allison M. At ground level and with a sea view. We didn't mind that everyone walking through the complex can see directly into the apartment. The location right on the cliff is very windy. We stayed in the apartment for 25 days and it was always windy. But you can see spectacular sunsets. The furnishings are a bit outdated. For example, most of the glasses were made of plastic. Absolutely loved staying here. Location couldn't be better. Especially loved the morning runs on the coastal trail that starts right at the condo and goes for 3+ miles. Also loved the sunsets from the rock cliff, the pool/hot tub, and the tennis court on site. The grilling set up was excellent. The only improvement I would love to see is a better bed in the master. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We asked that the two twins be pushed together to make a king and our request was accommodated. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the ocean views. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not functioning the entire week.
