I specifically booked this place because it was supposed to be out of the noisy/party crowd, and also because of the free wif, specified on the room description. Upon arrival i realize the wifi doesn’t work in the room, which i really on for my travel. Im simply being told that there’s no wifi in room, that’s it, not trying to fix it, no applogy, the only option was to use the common area which was many steep steps below but mostly invaded by mosquitoes. No compensation or kind gesture to compensate (which was requested by hotels.com) even when i asked for a glass of water at breakfast. Also unable to sleep for 3 nights as the vibration from the beach bar situated very far resonates all the way up into the treehouse room. Earplugs won’t do because it is literal vibration. That’s until 3am on average. Let’s not forget the hellway to get there from the port under the sun and the steepest hill ever, and no offer to pick up to facilitate the arrival. Definitely not recommended for accessibility challenged people. Overall, you will get a basic room but don’t expect anything else, or even the ability to sleep.
