Did not expect the lack of amenities in the room and was taken by surprise when all the Japanese families staying in the huts (not bungalows) around us were barbecuing despite the rain. Room was cold and futon very thin but I suppose if we had come prepared with our sleeping bags we would have had no issue with that.
