"The property was quiet and bathrooms were good. Staff - Ramji, Rahine and Muthukumaran (all restaurant staff) were particularly good in service and courtesy. Bad - the food choices weren't good for vegetarians, not much of south Indian dishes for a restaurant located in deep south India. Room service was below average. Overall, too pricey for the quality of stay."

"This is an amazing property for family and people living to rest and restore. Very supportive staff and courteous caretakers. Food was delicious and served in a best possible ways. This is not a hotel but a home to stay peacefully with all the amenities to make you feel home. "It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience "
