Location was good because it’s close to Platinum, Big C, December’s, Centralworld. Had no problem walking. Sidewalks are wide. A lot of spa, 7/11, street food stalls nearby too

Nice room views. Good sized rooms.
Inconsistent staff in the Lounge people entry based on clothes, and let others with similar clothes in. Very poor service. Buffet breakfast was very good. Location was good.
